In continuation to our intimation dated 30th May, 2024 under Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing hereiwth revised copy of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial year ended 31st March, 2024. It is clarified that the revision is only due to correction of linking error which is detailed in Note No.2 of revised Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results.
