In terms of the provisions of the code of conduct for Trading in Listed Securities of Ajwa Fun World and Resorts Limited the Trading window for the dealing in securities of the company will be closed for all directors/connected/ Designated persons from 1st July, 2023 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the commencement of Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2023 to the public
