Akar Tools Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 25, 2014 to September 29, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend and 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 29, 2014.
