Akme Fintrade (India) Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Resignation of Director

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that Mr. Shiv Prakash Shrimali, Non- Executive Non- Independent Director tendered his resignation with effect from July 22, 2024. Further, Mr. Shiv Prakash Shrimali has consented to appoint as Chief Operating Officer of the Company.
