Trading window for dealing in securities of the AKME STAR HOUSING FINANCE LIMITED (the ''Company'') shall be closed for the Directors, Designated Employees and other persons as covered under said SEBI Regulations, from 1st July, 2020 and same will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020.
