With reference to the earlier announcement dated February 08, 2014 regarding opening of FCCB issue aggregating upto US$ 3.792 Mn., Aksh Optifibre Ltd has now informed BSE that the Committee of Directors (CoD) of the Company has allotted FCCBs aggregating US$ 3.792 Mn. to the successful subscribers/investors.
