Aksh Optifibre Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 06, 2014, has allotted 11,15,512 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each, pursuant to the conversion of FCCBs aggregating USD 0.3 Mn. out of FCCBs aggregating to USD 3.792 Mn issued on February 10, 2014.
