AKSH OPTIFIBRE LTD. - Board recommends Final Dividend

Aksh Optifibre Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2014, inter alia, have recommended the Final Dividend @ 5% i.e. 25 paise per Equity Share (Face Value of Rs. 5/- per Equity Share) for the Financial Year 2013-14, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
