With reference to the above captioned subject and in Compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby informed that Mr. Harikrushna Shamjibhai Chauhan, existing co-compliance officer will work as compliance officer of the Company till appointment of regular qualified Company Secretary as per attachment.
