AksharChem India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board has accepted the resignation of Mr. Gokul M. Jaykrishna as Joint Managing Director of the Company with effect from October 09, 2015. However, Mr. Gokul M. Jaykrishna will continue to remain on the Board as a Non Executive Director of the Company.
