AksharChem India Ltd has informed BSE that a Promoter Company M/s. Chelsea Marketing Private Limited has been converted into M/s. Chelsea Marketing LLP, which was approved by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat with effect from November 23, 2016.<BR><BR>The certified copy of the Certificate of Registration on Conversion received from the Promoter is attached for reference and records.<BR><BR>However, there is no change in the Shareholding Pattern of the Promoter LLP in the Company.
