AksharChem India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has fixed Record Date as February 03, 2015 for the purpose of the entitlement of shares of AksharChem India Ltd (Resulting Company) to the Shareholders of Asahi Songwon Colors Ltd (Demerged Company) holding shares in the demerged Company and whose name appear in the Register of Members on the Record Date pursuant to the sanctioned Scheme of Arrangement.
