In continuation of our earlier intimation (regarding meeting of our board of directors ('Board') on March 16, 2017 for declaration of interim dividend and other matters), we hereby intimate that the record date for the purpose of payment of the said interim dividend, if any declared by the Board, shall be March 24, 2017.
