AksharChem India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 24, 2014, has considered and approved the reappointment of Mr. Munjal M. Jaykrishna as Joint Managing Director of the Company for a further period of 5 years, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company in the general meeting.
