A meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on 12th December, 2017 to consider and approve Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2017.<BR> <BR> In view of the Board Meeting, the Trading Window shall be closed from Monday, 4th December, 2017 to Thursday, 14th September, 2017 (both days inclusive).
