This is to inform that as per SEBI(PIT)Regulation,2015.as amended the trading window for dealing in the shares of the company shall remain closed from July 1 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30,2024. Accordingly, the Designated Persons and their immediate relative are being intimated not to trade in the securities of the company during the above said period of closure of trading window.
