Alembic Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on November 05, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the trading window shall remain closed from November 02, 2014 to November 06, 2014 for the above purpose.
