With reference to the captioned matter, this is to inform the exchange that in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from 1st July, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020.<BR> <BR> The date of the Board Meeting for considering the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020, will be intimated in due course.<BR> <BR> We request you to kindly take the same on record.<BR>
