With reference to the earlier annoucement dated June 29, 2015, regarding Outcome of Board Meeting (Board approves Buy-back of equity shares), Alfa Ica India Ltd has now informed BSE that due to inadvertence in the outcome of board meeting was sent wrongly and would like to inform that the board has not approved the buy back proposal in this board meeting.
