Alfa Laval (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 09, 2012, to consider and approve the Audited Accounts of the Company, for the year ended December 31, 2011. The Board would also discuss and decide on the final dividend for the year ended December 31, 2011 in furtherance to the earlier communication in this behalf.
