Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e, May 27, 2024, has inter alia approved the retirement of Mr. Ranjit Kumar Biswal from the post of Chief Financial Officer and appointed Mr. Bikash Kumar Dutt as new Chief Financial officer of the Company.
