Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Miss. Priyanka Toriya has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 12th November, 2022. The resignation letter shall be placed before the Board of Directors in the upcoming Board Meeting for its consideration and formal acceptance in accordance with the aforementioned regulation.
