With reference to our previous intimation 04th August, 2024 regarding disclosure of defaults on payment of interest/repayment of principal amount on loans from banks/ financial institutions and unlisted Debt Securities, we furthur submit classification of the indebtedness of Rs.135.66 crores which are erroneously mentioned in the Annexure of disclosure on 4th August, 2024 as Rs. 126.16 crores.
