Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, nd in terms of SEBI Circular , we wish to inform you that the Company has received request for Issuing Duplicate share certificate in lieu of the share certificates. The company shall issue Letter of Confirmation to the shareholder after compliance of required formalities.
