We wish to inform you, that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, ("Listing Regulations') the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting Wednesday ie. 12' August, 2021, has appointed Mr. Mohammed Hashim Ansari as an Additional Director (Independent Director) on the Board of Directors to hold the office till the date of ensuing Annual General Meeting and consequently there is a change in Directors pursuant to such appointment.
