Alkali Metals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 23, 2016, inter alia, has considered and approved the following :<BR><BR>1. Declaration of Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.80 per share of Rs. 10/- each.<BR><BR>2. Appointment of Mr. M. Karunakar Reddy, as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
