Further to our submission related to the proceedings of the 56th AGM, we herewith submit 1) consolidated voting results as per Reg 44 of SEBI(LODR) 2) Scrutinizer Report given by CS B. Venkatesh Babu on the basis of above we confirm that the resolutions were duly passed.
