This is to inform you that Mr. Amit Ghare, a Senior Management Personnel has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company on account of personal commitments effective from 30th September, 2025. Accordingly, Mr. Amit Ghare shall cease to hold Senior Management Position of the Company effective from the said date i.e 30th September, 2025.
