Allahabad Bank has informed BSE that Shri A.P.V.N. Sarma, Shareholders' Director of the Bank vide his letter dated November 18, 2014 has tendered his resignation from the directorship of the Bank. Accordingly, he has ceased to be the director of the Bank.
