ALLAHABAD BANK - Fixes Book Closure for Dividend & AGM

Allahabad Bank has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from June 20, 2015 to June 26, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank to be held on June 26, 2015.
