Allahabad Bank has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on February 09, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:<BR><BR>1. Un-audited financial results of the Bank for the quarter and nine month period ended on December 31, 2015 (Q3).<BR><BR>2. Raising of Capital Fund through Private Placement of Basel III compliant Tier 2 Bonds in the nature of Debentures aggregating upto Rs. 500/- in one or more Tranches during FY 2015-16.
