ALLAHABAD BANK - Board to consider Interim Dividend

Allahabad Bank has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on January 11, 2014, inter-alia, to consider declaration of interim dividend on the paid up equity capital of the Bank.
