ALLAHABAD BANK - Change in Directorate

With reference to the earlier letter dated March 03, 2015, Allahabad Bank has now informed BSE that the following Elected Directors representing shareholders other than the Central Government have assumed office of Directors of Bank on date i.e. on March 04, 2015. They will hold office of Directors for a period of three years i.e. upto March 03, 2018.
