ALLCARGO LOGISTICS LTD. - Board declares Interim Dividend

Allcargo Logistics Ltd has informed BSE that the Directors at their Board Meeting held on March 15, 2021, inter alia, approved and declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 2/- (100%) per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2020-2021. The Interim Dividend will be paid/dispatched to all equity shareholders of the Company on or after March 24, 2021.
