Allied Digital Services Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 18, 2022, inter alia, has recommend Final Dividend of Rs. 1.00 per equity share of Rs. 5/ - each subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company, if approved it shall be paid on or before August 27, 2022.
