This is to inform you that in terms of the Company''s Code of Internal Procedures and Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in Securities adopted by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with amendments thereto, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated/Connected Persons from Friday, July 01, 2022 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of Un-audited financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2022. The date of Board Meeting for consideration and declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 shall be intimated in due course.
