Appointment of Mr. N. Ravi Vishwanath (DIN: 07332234) as an Additional Director (Non-<BR> Executive Non-Independent) of the Company w.e.f. April 1, 2021.<BR> 2. Taken note of the resignation by Mr. Subramanian Ramakrishnan from the position of Non-<BR> Executive Non-Independent Director w.e.f. close of business hours on March 31, 2021.<BR> 3.
