We hereby inform that, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and pursuant to the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading of Allsec Technologies Limited ('the Company'), the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company shall be closed for all the Designated Persons, Connected Persons and their immediate relatives from Sunday, January 01, 2023 and shall remain closed until the expiry of 48 hours from the date of declaration of Quarterly Financial Results for the period ending December 31, 2022.
