ALOK INDUSTRIES LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders ('code'), the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from July 01, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2020.
