ALSTOM India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 22, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>For the aforesaid purpose, the "Trading Window" shall remain closed from July 15, 2015 to July 24, 2015 (both days inclusive).
