The Board of Directors at its meeting held on 16th September, 2023 has inter alia based on the recommendation of the NRC, approved the appointment of Sri Sohrab Chinoy Kersasp (DIN: 03300321) as Additional Director (Non-Executive and Independent) of the Company for a term of five years with effect from 16th September, 2023, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company at the ensuing general meeting.
