The Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. 9th February, 2024, has, inter alia approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2023. Accordingly, we are enclosing herewith Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2023. These results have been subjected to limited review by statutory auditors who have expressed an unmodified review report.
