The Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. 23.05.2024 has inter alia recommended a final dividend of INR 3/- per equity share (i.e. 30% of face value INR 10 each) for the financial year 31.03.2024 for approval of shareholders at the ensuing AGM. Kindly take the same on record.
