Pursuant to the Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI Listing Regulations'), we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of Amalgamated Electricity Company Limited ('the Company') at its meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, November 11, 2025 have inter alia, approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results, along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors, is attached herewith as Annexure.
