Pursuant to the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and subject to approval of members through postal ballot, the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. August 6, 2022, have approved the amendment of the Main Objects Clause i.e. Clause III of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
