AMARA RAJA BATTERIES LTD. - Change in the Statutory Auditors

Amara Raja Batteries Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 30th Annual General Meeting held on August 14, 2015 has appointed M/s. Brahmayya & Co., Chartered Accountants and M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, Chartered Accountants as the joint statutory auditors of the Company in place of M/s. E Phalguna Kumar & Co., Chartered Accountants and M/s. Chevuturi Associates, Chartered Accountants, the retiring joint statutory auditors to hold office from the conclusion of 30th AGM until the conclusion of 35th AGM, subject to ratification of their appointment by members at every annual general meeting.
