Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, we hereby the submit the resignation letter received from our Statutory auditor dt.31.01.2024 with the detailed reasons thereof as per the SEBI Circular dt.18.10.2019.The Audit Committee and Board will take note of the same in the upcoming Board Meeting scheduled to be held on 09.02.2024.
