AMARJOTHI SPINNING MILLS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Trading Window for the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 20th May,2017 to 31st May, 2017 (both days inclusive). This closure of the Trading Window is occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on Monday, 29th May, 2017.
