This is to inform you that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday 23rd September 2022 to Thursday 29th September 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on Thursday, 29th September, 2022 and for final dividend of Rs.35/- per equity share (face value of Rs.10 each) recommended by the Board of Directors subject to approval of shareholders. The dividend will be paid to those members whose name appears in the Register of members as on Wednesday 22nd September, 2022. The Notice of the AGM is enclosed.
