AMBUJA CEMENTS LTD. - Adoption of new Articles of Association

Ambuja Cements Ltd has informed BSE that the Members of the Company at the Annual General Meeting held on April 14, 2016 have adopted a new set of Articles of Association to bring the same in line with the Companies Act, 2013 and the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2015 and the Rules framed thereunder.<BR><BR>The draft of the Articles of Association which has been adopted by the Members at the aforesaid Annual General Meeting is available on the Companys website www.ambujacement.com
